A toast with a glass of champagne CVITANIČ beautifies each event and stresses its importance. It is therefore considered that the sparkling wine is one of the most social of all wines.

We have been dealing with the cultivation of champagne for many years, precisely because of that our champagne is top-rated and appreciated all over Slovenia.

Among the producers of sparkling wine it is deemed grapes to be torn before full maturity, so it's a few weeks before the grapes ripe for wine. Grapes must be superior, first-class and optimum riped. Only ripe and sweet grapes can be distinguished for the real champagne.

The production of our grapes runs on the always sunny top positions on Zamušani hills.
The production of sparkling wine conducts of the classical procedure, that is, the secondary fermentation is carried out in the bottle, after which the wine is at the yeasts of at least 12 to 18 months.
